Customized maintenance plans
We offer custom maintenance packages to cover all your HVAC-R needs. Our packages are customizable, and we service all HVAC-R equipment including: chillers, boilers, MUAs, RTUs, coolers and freezers. The Maxwell Mechanical team has A- gas fitters on staff, and we do combustion analysis and burner setup.
Comprehensive maintenance services include but are not limited to:
— Filter/belt changes quarterly or bi-annually
— Heating and cooling operation checks
— Condenser cleaning in the spring
— Burner and heat exchanger checks in the fall
